Seeing how far you have come will be a massive source of motivation during difficult times. Also, take regular breaks, which can help recharge and relieve stress. Taking some time away from a challenge now and again can often help with finding creative solutions when nothing else is working. A strong work ethic and a “never quit” attitude are also essential elements of conquering the most challenging bootcamps. It can be easy to become discouraged when things aren't going well, but remembering your "why” and why you started in the first place can be an excellent source of motivation. It is also paramount to stay confident and maintain a positive mindset during difficult times. Lastly, you must surround yourself with people who support you so that you have emotional and moral support throughout bootcamp. Having a network of like-minded individuals with similar goals helps keep morale high as you tackle even the toughest bootcamp challenges.
